We had a party of 5 on a Sunday afternoon and waited just a little longer than preferred to receive our food. The restaurant... didn?t seem too overly busy. Other than that, the service was great, thorough, and our server, Ebynie was very attentive andpersonable. The food tasted great as well. We will definitely be back as always, especially since there are new food items onthe menu that we want to try. Read more
Great service staff and cleanliness great atmosphere! Kids liked the food. Food prices were great! Most our foods were battered... and fried. Sadly one plate was cooked extra crispy and the chicken was dried out under the dark brown crunchy shell. So we gotinspecting the less cooked food and noticed the batter was wet and raw under the outer layer. Highly recommend yall don't buyany fried battered food but the rest was great! Read more
Came in with a large party on reservation and was seated promptly. The waitress was kind and attentive to our orders and needs.... It took about 45-60 minutes for the food to arrive. After everyone was finished our waitress disappeared and we couldn?t get ourtickets for 40 minutes. I talked to multiple staff to try to get my ticket to pay so I could leave but they said I had to waitfor my waitress. Finally the waitress brings our tickets but immediately leaves before we can pay. Multiple tickets were wrongand I was overcharged $7 but couldn?t afford to wait any longer to get it resolved. We then wait another 15 minutes before shecomes back to collect them all. A member of our group asked to speak to a manager 3 separate times as cordially as possiblebefore one came out only to very rudely tell us it?s our fault and he walked off shaking his head. I have been a waiter myselffor over 4 years and this experience was appalling. The way management handled this needs to be evaluated. I would understand ifthey told us if they were understaffed or even gave us updates as to the status of receiving our orders/tickets but they simplydid not. Read more
We should've taken the rude 'welcome' as a warning. Experience only got worse once we were seated. New to this area & decided to... eat here for my birthday lunch. Although our waitress was nice, we didn't receive drinks until after we finished our appetizer.Husband & daughter ordered full meals & I ordered $5 nachos. Told they were in the window when the other meals were delivered,but it never came. Husband & daughter finished their meals, before I asked for my order to be taken off my bill. There were 2other tables directly in front of & behind us having the same issues, & had to have other staff find our waitress. Manager nevercame to speak with anyone about the situations to offer an explanation. Read more
I had the new Balsamic Glazed Chicken. So good. The portion of chicken seemed small but I understand in order to keep their... prices low they have to do that. With a baked potato and broccoli it was still a filling meal. Kiley was an awesome server. Read more
Enjoyed our trip here. The food was good and the waitress was excellent! She made sure to check on us and refill our drinks as... often as needed. I appreciate the extra attention. Will definitely be back! Read more
I dined in the middle of the week on a Wednesday for lunch. The food was excellent. Mohammed's service was perfect. I have come... to rely on it. Now I only want him as my server. I do have one complaint tho. There was music playing. It was inappropriate fordining (not relaxing or calming), and the volume much too high. Read more
