I'm a little biased with this review since the food was good once it was warmed back up. I ordered ahead using the website which... is very convenient. I scheduled my order to be picked up at 730 pm. At 720 I received a text stating that my order was beingprepared and to check in. I was already at the restaurant which was awesome. I was hoping that my food would be hot or at leastwarm after my 6 minute drive home, but it wasn't. The bread was cold..and the food was less than warm. The bag didn't fall overin the car, so I was confused as to why my Chicken Parm looked the way it did. Anyway, the taste was fine. Each entree costsabout $18 each. Definitely not the "same" Olive Garden I remember. The place stunk of roach bomb, the floors were DISGUSTING (like way more so... than any other restaurant I've ever been to). However, service was great and the food was it's usual pretty dang good for fakeItalian food. Not going back. If it's all that's available to you, it'll do. Read more

My friends and I, a total of 5 of us, came in to eat around 9:00pm. We were seated immediately but it took our waiter about 10... minutes to come and get our drink orders. It took another 10 minutes for us to get our 4 waters and one lemonade. Then, sheTHREW our straws to us on the table like she was dealing us cards. She took our food order, but she just seemed really rushed orlike she was in a hurry to me. Her service to us was not terrible, but could've been better. She seemed like she had anattitude. I watched her serve the table next to us (they were of a different color) and they got a totally different treatmentthan us. The person at our table wasn't pleased with his lemonade and asked to replace it with water and she snatched his glassup from the table. I don't remember the waitress name, but I was not happy with her service, at all! This is my FIRST time inAlabama and this is my first visit to this Olive Garden. I don’t like giving a bad review but I was very disappointed with my visit to Olive Garden, I’m giving this restaurant a... three star for appearance only.. we walked in but left immediately because of an overwhelming smell we noticed when we enteredthe restaurant,,, I could not identify the smell but it was not appealing and it killed my appetite immediately, there are noinside pictures of this restaurant simply because I couldn’t stay there long enough to take any. One of the best restaurant experiences since covid has been around. They had plenty of staff. Not long of a wait. Everyone was... friendly. Waitress was very nice and attentive. Food was excellent. Actually I need to call the manager and give them a thumbsup as well. Read more

In my goodness. Best service and fantastic meals. I ordered the chicken Marsala. My taste buds were more and more excited with... each bite. It even made great leftovers the next day. Randy ordered chicken shrimp carbonara. The combination of taste with theroasted red bell pepper, the sausage and all was great. Once again it made a good meal the next day. Open for dining, masks are required until seated. Food was delicious as always. We were dining at lunch time, only negative was... our waitress seemed disoriented. She did not know which tables she was waiting on, or which side of the restaurant those tableswere on. She may have been new, but she said she had been working there awhile. I would recommend.
