The staff here are all very polite and sweet. I recommend making reservations online so you can be seated faster during busy... times. I ordered 3 slabs of ribs with baked potatoes and salads for carryout. The ribs were dry and tough. The salads were not fresh.... The potatoes were good. For $82.47 everything should have been good, fresh, and hot. We order this about one every 4-6 weeks.It's usually delicious. I don't know what happened this visit, but it was awful! The waitress was attentive, pleasant and professional. The steaks were cooked to order perfectly. Our food came out fairly... quickly. The only complaint is the lobster tail, it was very overcooked, down right rubbery. Read more

My experience at the Mobile Alabama Outback was odd. We were among the first guests to arrive when the restaurant opened for... lunch. We were greeted right away but seated way in the back by the kitchen entrance. Please note, no person of color wants towalk into an empty restaurant & be seated in the back ESPECIALLY two veterans currently serving. Throughout our meal all weheard was ?Corner!?. Although their safety protocol was good, we were their to eat lunch. And lunch was simply ?okay?. Weate, paid & tipped the waitress. I asked for a large to-go water (lots of ice). The waitress gives me a medium styrofoam cup ofice water. You?d think after spending $70 for lunch they?d give 1 decent sized cup of ice water to-go. I didn?t ask for sodaor tea? Water!
