I come here every week and Adrianna is the MAIN reason why. Shes an amazing employee who is top notch at her job and caring that... the food is right and people are happy no matter what. Today she especially exceeded with doing everything she could to correctsomething that was accidentally wrong with our order. She did it fast, and efficiently and with a smile. I always feel bad if ihave to ask for something remade anywhere but she absolutely makes you feel like its her pleasure. Shes always super sweet andnice and knows the store like the back of her hand and if she isnt made a shift lead of some sort or isnt upped her pay ill besurprised because she runs the place like shes a manager and its impressive and does it well. Not that anyone from Panera will actually read this or respond but it needs to be said. This location is obviously on the verge... of permanently closing. I've been a regular at this location since it opened. During COVID shutdowns, I would still order 2-3times per week and pick up my food curbside. When the business hours were shortened, I adjusted my schedule to still make it bya couple of times per week. There used to be some great employees here and top notch customer service. Not so much anymore.Today, I ordered a simple to go item on the kiosk along with a coffee as usual. I pay for the monthly unlimited coffee plan aswell. After waiting about 15 minutes, I asked if I could go ahead and get my coffee cup while my food was being prepared. I wastold no, and somewhat rudely at that. It was explained that they since I ordered food at the same time, I would have to waituntil the food was ready so they could read the receipt and see that I ordered a coffee. So, I waited an additional 20 minuteswhich put my wait at 35 minutes total. At this time, a manager showed up and I asked where my order was in line and let her knowthat everyone refused to let me at least have my coffee cup while I was waiting. She also very rudely responded with "I won'tgive it to you either." It seems that this location is taking extra steps to desperately save money and that is why there arethese responses to a request for a simple coffee cup. A word of advice if it's not too late for this location; If your customersare having to wait for an extreme amount of time for their order, it would definitely help to go ahead and give them theirdrinks. That way, the wait wouldn't seem as long. This is basic Restaurant 101. Also, I would make sure that the employeepreparing the food isn't complaining loudly the entire time about everyone's order and proclaiming that she doesn't care. Do not order from here. Panera isn?t what it used to be. I walked in and they have no one taking orders it?s all done on... software. I then ask for a basic bacon, egg, and cheese. Unfortunately, you can no longer order your food and get your coffee cup so you can sit and enjoy the atmosphere, relaxing prior... to dining. Even McDonald's gives you your drink cup prior to delivery of your food. I honestly can not remember, in anycountry I've been to, nor any restaurant besides a drive-thru, being told the policy was to not give you your drink until yourfood was delivered.
