Every time I go here they never give me what I order. I order regular chicken, they give you spicy. They charge me extra for the... Bayou Buffalo Sauce that I ask for, but they never put it in the bag. Today I went there again, I was going to order the 10piece meal that comes with 2 large sides and biscuits. I was told that they were completely out of regular chicken, only spicy.I chose to take my business elsewhere. Read more
Worst Popeyes ever. Staff unfriendly and mgmt is outright rude. The lobby never opens doors even for pickup. They don't answer... phone and curbside is out of the question. You can drive 15-20 mins to 2 other Popeyes and back in many cases by the time youget thru the drive thru wait. Beware or take a big book for the wait time Read more
The worst location i been to! I waited for more than an hour for my order, and yet have to get inside the building to inform... them i was sitting outside waiting! and the manager don't even care at all! were like 5 people from the drive thru waiting inthe parking lot for our order and end up going inside just to remind them! if you don't have enough people to work, just put upa signage for close today! i mean we can understand but waiting outside on the cold weather and none of the staff asked forfollow up, thats a shame! This is not the Popeyes to go to. Burnt dried out chicken twice in the last three weeks. Service is slow and no one seems to... care. I did get an apology, the first time so gave a second chance. Another Popeyes will get my business from now on. Read more
Despite being short staffed tonight, the MOD(I assume that who she was)was professional and I appreciate that. I went through... drive thru and was told to pull up for a "7 minutes" wait on apple pies. It was about 11 minutes before I went in to cancel theapple pies. They were just coming out the fryer when I walked in. She prepared my order herself and apologized for the delay. Ipray her night gets better ???????? Read more
Gets better and better each visit, but still not excellent by any means. They hey always leave something out of our order,... usually just a side or dipping sauce. Food is always hot and tastes good, so i just check my order before leaving nbd. Read more
This location has to be among the worst Popeyes in the USA. Chicken was either burned or dried out so bad it looked burned.... Anytime I have been to this location they get the order wrong, I always ask for mild and mostly get spicy or a mix of spicy andmild. The young lady at the drive thru could use a lesson in customer service as she is quite rude. In face she will repeat theorder total and not say another word I.e. thank you or have a nice day. They are always out of many items, half the time their machines are down and they only take cash. Their service is unorganized... and slow. Food is great, but expect a long wait. They are always out if the sweeter items and all of my favorite sauces. I waitin line for 20minutes just to be told they don't have any of the items I planned on ordering. Read more
