Great sandwich with no waiting in line.. I walked straight up to the counter.. nowadays you will sit in a Drive-Thru line for 20... or 30 minutes to get food so it was a welcome relief to order my food and sit down. Read more
I walked into Roly Poly and was told by the young lady working there that they were closed. I asked what time they close and she... said 3:30. The sign on door say 5pm. I looked at my phone and told her it?s 3:20. She said I?m sorry , we are closed. So I?mrefused service because they want to close early? I?m a nurse and had worked hard all day without lunch and was so hungry andlooking forward to a Roly Poly wrap. I have no desire to patronize this business ever again after being treated that way. I've been going here for years. Before I wouldve given this place 5 stars. I always get the same thing every time. I ordered a... hot pressed wrap and it wasn't hot. Also the honey mustard isn't the same anymore. That was my reason for getting the wrap Inormally get. Also the meat looks store bought now and not like it used to. Super disappointed because I've loved this place foryears but I don't think I'll be returning now. Also only about half of my whole wrap had meat on it. Read more
I have been eating here for years. For the past 3 years, my boss has given me a gift card for them for my birthday. I have... participated in their frequent buyer program. I went last week and was told that the cashier would give me one last stamp but,from now on, the only way I would get a stamp would be to buy a large wrap instead of a half. I showed her that I had tworewards with 8 out of ten ( ten needed to redeem a free wrap). The food is still great but I don't feel that is fair. I hopethey rethink their reward program, maybe having half a stamp for half wrap. I really like their healthy food. It tastes good andI feel that it is one of the healthiest chooses I have that tastes good. I can usually only eat half. I am trying to watchweight and health! Read more
Use to love coming here, only stopped coming because they were always so busy. Stopped by today and so much has changed, the... spicy honey mustard is not the same, all the good chips are gone, no fountain drinks, and it just smelled bad. Not to mention 1piece of lunch meat on my $13 wrap and soggy lettuce. Very disappointed. Read more
