Great experience at this location until today Tyler and Alexis were horrible at making a chocolate peanut power plus. I... literally go here daily. I Gave two back because they tasted like straight milk. Tyler?s response was ?you know it has milk init right? lol it has dates in it too but i don?t expect a smoothie titled ?Chocolate Peanut Power Plus? to only taste likedates. He was very rude and offensive. This customer service led to his frustration and over refunding me. Thanks for the tipTyler. Please know this location is a not bad at all. First time at a Smoothie King in a while and it hasn?t changed. They still produce a great product. I am always impressed with... their offerings and things that you can add to your smoothie. The team there was efficient and very polite and the facilitieswere extremely clean. This is the type of place that I like to frequent. Read more

My sister wasn't feeling well and really wanted me to get her a smoothie. I got there 10 mins before they closed. The open sign... was still lit. However the door was locked and the women inside indicated they were closed. Very disappointed. I get they weretrying to get out of there as fast as possible, but what's the point in having a closing time if you're not going to stick toit. Read more

Today I went to Smoothie King, and unfortunately my app did not take my discount off. My Smoothies are usually great, but... everytime I go this particular Smoothie King on University Blvd there's always some type of problem. If the app was workingthen my Smoothie would have been horrible. I don't know why the app is not taking the discounts off. I earned my discount bypurchasing Smoothies for weeks, and I expect to use it when I want to use it. I know Smoothie King is aware that their app isnot working by now. Read more

I am currently sitting in the Drive-Thru. Been around the building twice I see two ladies working in there laughing having a... good old time. This location supposed to open up at 7:00 now it's 10 minutes after. They finally turned on the light of the menuin the drive-thru after 5 minutes but they still have haven't answered the drive-thru even though I went around twice. Im goingahead and leave because it seems like they're never going to answer the drive-thru. Read more

Guys, you are quick and efficient workers, but when I order a peanut butter smoothie... please put peanut butter in it. Y'all... have done this to me multiple times, the Peanut Power Plus is pretty bland without peanut butter. Read more

Terrible experience. Went there, ordered three smoothies, was only given two, had to ask again for the third, got home, realised... one of them was the wrong flavour. Went back, got the correct flavour, and was home again before I realised that they putprotein powder in my smoothie without me asking for it (the powder totally overrides the taste of the vanilla slim and trim).Ended up just not having a smoothie today. Sometimes it's great & sometimes not so much. Depends who makes the smoothie I guess. If you get an absolutely bitter smoothie... they will exchange it but not without a whole lot of unwanted attitude. But when your paying over $15 for 2 smoothies theyshould at least taste good. FYI the mango smoothie does not have any sweetner so I was told and it is very bitter. I recommendthe Strawberry kiwi or Island. Or any from the kids menu. Good luck! Read more
