I pulled up to the individual ordering pods and pushed the button, waited a couple of minutes, nothing. I saw people driving... away from the drive thru so I pulled in behind 2 other vehicles. My order took 20 minutes to get to me. The server Miracle was very rude and said ?baby your French toast had to be cooked fresh?... after I had to constantly press the call button because my order took forever while the customers in drive thru were gettingtheir order in a timely manner. Who talks to their customers like that in the first place calling me ?baby?? And since when doesit takes 20 minutes to fry PRECOOKED French toast? And my iced coffee was disgusting. I ordered a large because it was so goodthe last time but this time it taste like cleaning products. Read more

Good food but as much as they advertise different drink possibilities, you can't customize your drink in the app or on any food... delivery app. Just want a simple customization like making a Fanta slush. That would be awesome. Read more

MOLDY slushies... ZERO Stars!!!. They messed up my orders 3 times in a row... the last time I went they gave me slushies that... had MOLD inside. I ordered the ones with the green/blue boba and I got "nerds" that was obviously expired and rotten. I'mcalling a few lawyers to sue this location since these slushies were for kids and it's unacceptable to have such low standardsfor a Sonic, the owner should be ashamed of himself. I will never go back here and neither should you if you care about yourhealth at all. See the pics and judge for yourself. Who in their right mind would pour a slushie that looks like this and stillsell it to a customer??? I show 2 in the pics: Strawberry and cranberry. For years, you can?t get onion rings?the picture is of a breakfast, ?toaster? I just got..should be renamed breakfast almost... toasted!!! Been going to sonic for 30 years or more !! Service isn?t what it used to be.. quality is way down..can?t understandwhy fast food employees think they should get 15.00 per hour..done with sonic!!! Your best days are BEHiND YOU !!! UpdateFebruary 15, 2022, I called the regional manager Ben over a week ago and left him a voicemail, never heard back? I called thecorporate office in Oklahoma talked to a nice lady there, she said she was going to escalate the situation, and said I would geta call back, never heard back. No wonder sonic is failing. I have never given such a bad review somewhere but unfortunately with the repeated offenses of this particular sonic location I... just want to warn people who are thinking about coming. They get a second star because the staff (usually just like one person)is very nice. Whoever is running this one is just struggling a bit right now. Even if you order online they will either precheckyou in, or make you go through the drive thru to get it. They have messed up on my order almost every time (I usually just gofor a soda). Once again the staff has always been so nice and accomodating but if you are in the area and looking for a bite,consider any of the other options on the airport Blvd service roads. Read more

Do not use the app to order your food!!! I went to check in and the app charged my bank card $72!!!! Seriously? I was getting... food for my family and I and we are getting ready to go on vacation, and now I have to stop preparing for my trip to get on thephone to get my money back!!!! I so do not have time for this!!! The Sonic App obviously has a glitch. My food and service wasgreat but now I have to wait 7 to 10 days to get my money back!!!! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
