The smoothie bowls here are always so great! There is plenty of room for some customizations and the smoothies always turn out... really great! The employees here are also very friendly and do not rush you to order! I absolutely love coming here for a niceweekend treat! Read more
I?ve been going to this place for lunch for a few weeks now and think the Bowlz are REALLY good. I have tried Karma, Ocean and... Energy. For me the Karma is my go-to. I also thought the Energy was good but personally wasn?t a fan of the ocean. The Karmais made with peanut butter so seems to be a little more filling as a meal( I usually stop by for lunch). I usually get a largeas it seems to be the better deal @$12 ($13.20 w/tax). The food and service is top notch and definitely 5 Star. I had to giveSoul Bowlz 4 because I believe as being a ?Healthy? alternative I believe nutritional information is important to support theirclaims. This information is not available. Even after trying to contact their Customer Service I have yet to receive anynutritional information. This may not be important if you are just looking for a really good snack or meal but I believe it isimperative to have to back their healthy image. Read more
Super yummy! I got the dream bowl and subbed pineapple for the banana (not a huge fan). The only downside was the pineapple and... kiwi were both pretty hard and not super ripe. Other than that, everything was great! I ended up going two more times to theGulf Shores location before heading home from vacay. Read more
Very cool place to try in Mobile. The vibe is cool and trendy. The staff was friendly and the smoothie bowls were really good... and reasonably priced. I got the Ocean Bowl and a friend got the Soul Bowl. Nice spot for lunch or a weekend treat. I'd like totry the smoothies next time. Read more
Out of this worrrrlllddd! It was my first Acai Bowel. I got a small and regretted it. The price ended up being the same as a... large with my added raspberries. Small is $7.99 and large $10.99. I should jave gotten a large, save some for later. My orderwas the Acai, kale, Spinach, hemp granola, bee pollen, honey w/ slice banana, kiwi and I added raspberries.... May be morefruit they add but I think that's it. It was very good, so fresh and the fruit was ripe... nice and ripe.. like well in season..just delicious! My family and I will be coming here often... more often. So filling. Not sugary sweet. All natural, naturalfruit sweet with honey. I love it! The place itself is friendly, cozy and kid friendly.
