as someone who usually doesn?t leave reviews, the fact that I?m actually reviewing this is a big deal, for me at least. this is... the SECOND TIME I?ve had an issue with this location. the first time was a few weeks ago, where instead of giving me a refundfor the sandwich I PAID for on the app, I was told ?come back next time and we?ll give you one? since they didn?t have anythingthat I wanted to replace the $6 sandwich I paid for. this time though, I came in to get an iced coffee before work and when Igot to work, I realized there was MOLD on my cup. mold. I?ve called the number MULTIPLE times to rectify this situation?honestlyI?m sick to my stomach over this?but nobody answered; it seems the line isn?t accepting calls. I did leave a voicemail, but Idoubt anybody will answer it. I?m never coming back; I?d rather be late for work and go to a different starbucks than come tothis one again. Read more

I come in here every other day... usually do mobile pick up. Today, I didn't have time and was already here so I ordered in the... store. No one spoke, it took someone over a min to take my order. I usually a leave but as I stated I come in all the time. Thegirl who took my order also fixed my drink and filled my cup up half way. I wanted light whip she put a lot of whip on there andto top it off the drink was DISGUSTING!
