terrible and rude service. I was told rudely to put on a mask and didn't say I wasn't going to, but then stared at by all of the... staff and then the staff saw that I had cash in my hand and again was rude by saying matter of factly "and we don't take cash."I felt like these staff were brainwashed Disney Channel and Mean Girls. A great group of people who deliver great customer service! I had no idea this particular location was "cards only" and all I... had on me was some cash in my pocket (I left my wallet in my husband's car) so the cashier, without saying anything, paid for myorder! I come often and there?s small issues here and there but forgiving because i see that it?s always busy and I know the workers... are stressed out. Today everyone was sweet up until I received my drink from the barista. She looked like she hated her job,working at her own pace (meanwhile the line is backed up and the other workers are doing multiple orders) and when she finallyfinishes my drink she looks at the name and scoffed and mumbles under her breath ?I?m not even going to try this? and saidsoftly the name of the drink and as she continued to make someone else?s drink, the customer was watching her and had to correcther on her own order of how to make it! So I know it was not in my head about her attitude. If I wasn?t sitting just rightthere in front of her I wouldn?t have heard any of that or my order and would?ve just been waiting and have had to assume Ifthat was my order or not. I cant understand if they close at 10pm, why if you get there at 9:20 you cant order. They already shut down the "Frappuccino... machine." It is a blender, Not a huge machine! Read more
