This is one of the best Subways in Mobile. Very new& nice and the staff has it clean .And they are nice ladies. FRESH... INGREDIENTS, FRESH BREAD.i drove out of my way to get this sub ,and it was worth it. Read more
This location used to be good before the pandemic hit. Now these new employees are just awful. A terrible attitude and the... quality of the bread was weirdly chewy after it was supposedly toasted. Never going back to this location again. Read more
I hate to say the last Subway I went to was on Springhill Avenue & the flies were crazy in there & I started in the drive... through but no one ever answered me so I pulled around the front...the servers were loud & seemed liked one of the them wasn'thaving a good day the way she was speaking to a customer...so I got what I wanted & thought to myself...I won't be coming hereagain...sadly..cause I love Subways...but I'll visit another one I know of...sorry but no thanks...bad for business ???????? I initially went to the Subway on Moffett Road, and after being in line for over 20 minutes due to two customers ordering... multiple sandwiches via phone calls and texts which held up the line significantly,I left and went to the Old Shell location andthe employees were friendly, and swift with our order!! The absolute worst service. The kid behind the counter comes out with the worst attitude. No welcome to Subway or acknowledging... me at all. I asked...How are you doing today? He grumbles back "it sucks". He proceeded to throw meat on All American I ordered.After throwing sandwich together and reluctantly wrapping it, he rings order up. After ringing order he turns, walks too backand sits down. No receipt offered, no thank you offered...just turn and walk away. Employees with no customer service skills orpeople skills need not work here. A polite welcome and thank you goes a long way. Leave your baggage at home. Read more
This is a very clean subway. I ordered a veggie tomato wrap, all my veggies were fresh. Nice employees
The employees was high, they also doubled charged my brother. Didn't have a manager on site. The girl working acted like she... didn't want to be thier and had no work ethic. Yea the young man was high but at least he actually sat thier with me andactually got the female mishape straightened out. Had to call his manager cause he didn't know how to fix it on the register sohe gave me cash back on the managers say. The managers told him to give me cash bank cause it was paid with a card and he didn'tknow how to work the register to fix it. The manager gave me a whole box of white macadamia nut cookies for the troubles tho!!They were even fresh!! The female kept leaving the building on the phone while the young man was still in the building doingwhat he was supposed to. Shouldn't have been high working. Read more
