Most times the meat is taste normal, but tonight it was like they didn't have enough meat prepared. Cause my taco meat tasted... raw or under the temperature guidelines. I will say that there customer service was fair they were a little snappy over thedrive-thru intercom; but hey, who isn't snappy around dinner time, especially, if they're hungry? Read more
Food was good and fresh. Restaurant was spotless.
This is by far one of the worst Taco bells, they open and hour late and get rude because you call and ask if they are open. Was... told they were putting up a truck and they would open when they open.. mind you I have already waited 22 min outside and gottold at least another 30 mins till they even start my order.. Then proceed to be told to call the 1800taco and they could refundmy money.. last time I eat here I'll drive a few miles in the opposite direction for better service and employees that show upon time.. My most recent experience was trash. First, the only thing they had to drink was bottled water. I didn?t trip too hard off that,... but I wasn?t happy either. They then proceeded to get my order wrong. I asked for no lettuce and tomatoes for a reason,especially no tomatoes. I ended up with both. Now I?m dealing Aquafina water that I don?t drink and tomatoes that I don?t eat.Waste of money. Read more
The rudest employees I've ever talked to in my life. My boyfriend and I ordered a big meal to take home with us for my family... and our order was wrong. We ended up having an extra soft taco instead of my second chalupa. I kindly went up and told thecashier there may have been a mistake and this nasty rude old woman in the back yelled that she ABSOLUTELY had everything right.Just straight up told me I was lying to her face. I went back to my table, grabbed my taco bell bag, and pulled out everythingin front of her and showed her what was wrong. She ended up giving me my second chalupa. still had an attitude. It?s clear most of the Employees don?t care to be here , Except the cashier Kiaara J ? she was just pleasant and smiling . Then... it took over 13 minutes to receive my order while the boys in the back finished their conversation. ( I was the only customerinside ). As far as my order , it was typical Taco Bell with all the meat on one end of the taco and poorly wrapped .(Expected). I did get free cinnamon twists for my patience.. Read more
