Normally okay but they do get this wrong about 80% of the time we have more than 3 items. Yes, we add or substitute things but... nothing too crazy. However, recently my husband drove all the way to take back a completely wrong order from someone else andthey made ours fresh with no problems. I will never go back to this taco bell. I had 2 bad experiences with this particular store 2xs within a week. $25 for a chalupa... meal with the taco soft, and a grilled burrito box. The girls were having a argument at the window because apparently part of myorder was given to the car that was in front of me. Girl hands my food out the window without even looking at me, i asked formild sauce she said it was in the bag without even looking my way. Taco wasn't soft, items literally had like 6 slivers ofcheese, and the tea was horrible. I'll never give them my money again for such poor service and food. Read more
I ordered a cinnamon twist with my order the cashier tells me to pull up for my order total. She repeats the order back at the... window so I ask her if she has the cinnamon twist she then comes back and says we can?t add anything at the window after closingthe window and running my card. I?m like I said it with my order at the order screen and get the response well we didn?t hearit. If I wasn?t so tired I would have cancelled the entire order. It cost nothing extra to be nice and even less to bereasonable. It is not the customers fault that you didn?t hear part of an order. I could see if it was something that had to bemade but seriously a bag of twist! I will not be back to this location. Taco Mommas taste 10x better for the same money. But forthe sake of convenience Taco Bell was the choice only to be treated like I?m a problem and I?m spending my money at yourlocation. Really glad for them that I wasn?t a secret shopper. This is without a doubt the best Taco Bell I?ve ever ordered from. My family was tracking through Alabama to visit family and we... needed a quick meal in the car. I have a big family so I had a pretty big order (4 soft tacos, 3 crunchy tacos, 3 fiestapotatoes, 2 crunch wraps). Almost every item had special requests (for example, no lettuce). This location was fast (which isironically a rarity for fast food these days), got the order right, it was hot and fresh, and the staff was polite andprofessional! Pathetic. Employees at this location are always rude, and while the prices have gone WAY up recently, the food quality has gone... WAY down. If they had prices on the drive-thru menu, I wouldn't have even bothered ordering. Almost $10 for a "quesalupa" andtwo tacos!!! After receiving my food, I was even more upset about spending nearly $10. Almost no meat on any of my items. Mostlyjust soggy tortillas and taco shells filled with sour cream and a little veg. I don't eat fast food often and now it will beeven less often. I could have gotten a real meal at a restaurant for the same price and been much more satisfied. So long TacoHell. Read more
Order delivery through the Mobile app, after I was charged for my order, they sent the delivery driver to the wrong restaurant,... then they told the delivery driver they couldn?t make it because of a computer error on their end. after multiple phone calls toTaco Bell and the delivery service. I was not able to secure a refund or to have my food brought to me. The store managerfinally agreed to remake my order. If I came up there, I went to the store and waited almost 45 minutes for the food that I hadordered an hour and a half prior to that 45 minute wait, the staff had an attitude and were acting like I had put them out. Itis possibly the absolute worst customer/employee interaction I have ever had with a fast food restaurant. if any one of thoseemployees were in my shoes and had this happen to them and I guarantee you, they would not have been as calm and cooperative asI managed to keep cool through this almost 2 1/2 hour long debacle that no one offered any solution for? this is the world welive in now. the lack of common decency is a real let down for the general outlook of humanity Read more
