Chelsi was our server and everything she did was on point. She anticipated our needs and was bringing what when needed before we... asked for it. First visit. Alec took care of us. He was amazing. Menu was a little weird. I guess I thought it was weird that they wouldn't... allow substitutions. Oh well rules are rules. The food is decent, nothing to brag about. The menu needs a little help. I never been to a seafood restaurant that doesn't have... crab claws. The service was okay, could have been better if it wasn't my waiters first day. Shame on Management for not givinghim a more experienced server to shadow. We didn't get all of our order or the margaritas we ordered, I even mentioned it to himwhen he was taking the table next to us order. Still didn't get what we wanted. Do not waste your money on the gumbo, it'sliterally gravy with a shrimp and a few sausages. Not impressed at all. The $5 margarita was good, would have been better had Igot the second one I ordered. They have a large array of shell fish, normal fish, and there is chicken for the picky eaters.The whole family enjoyed there... food and they can't wait to go back. The service was very nice and lively. There was one incident where a cup was spiled, butthat could happen anywhere and he/she was very apologetic. Even though they were understaffed, the food was amazing. The Hungry Feast was delicious. It literally takes two people to eat... it! All of our appetizers were delicious except the calamari. It was fried too soft for my taste. Our server Queen was so politeand swift. I loved how all the servers pitched in to help each other. We will definitely be back!!! Read more

I'm going to start out saying that I am going to give it another chance once it has been open a while longer. The food wasn't... bad. The juicy seasoning was actually pretty good. Medium heat was solidly Medium. The staff that I interacted with werefriendly. I had a nice visit. The food poisoning kicked in less than 30 minutes after walking out the door.
