Worst customer service ever: first of all the cashier was rude as heck. He took his precious time taking my money. I had sit and... watch him play on his phone before he took my money. Then he sneezed twice and didn?t cover his mouth. So I asked for a refundand he goes to the back and tells everyone I wanted a refund because he sneezed. No you nasty little B? I wanted a refundbecause your nasty tail sneezed everywhere and didn?t wash your hands or cover your mouth/ nose. And then someone, I?m guessingthe manager, came up and was like he doesn?t handle the food. So are you sure you want a refund? And I was like yes because hestill has to pass me the bag and touch my straw. What kind of question is that to ask the customer? The food is great but the service in the drive through is horrendous. To spend 20 minutes in line now I?ve been sitting at the... ?order here? for 6 min and still have not gotten to place my order. Seriously I wish I would have checked the reviews. Ordered with them twice via DoorDash. 1st order: wrap was actually disgusting... and flat, idc if it?s almost cold, It was the chicken Thai wrap, with 6 pieces of wilted lettuce. 2nd order: (I?m at a hotel 4mins away this time) The dasher came to my hotel with no smoothie. They forgot my entire smoothie. That?s all I really wantedwas a smoothie, tried calling the store so they can fix It or I can just walk there. No resolve, because the phone line was busyfor hours. You can see the veggie wrap I ordered. It was so dry I tried to search for hummus and it?s like they love beingstingy. Upset and Hungry with no smoothie. Never again. Go somewhere else for food. Ordered/pre payed online for my smoothie and wrap to be picked up ?immediately? knowing this location is very slow I still... didn?t go get my food for another 20-25minutes. When I got there they only handed me a smoothie and I told them I had a wrap,the lady up front acted like it wasn?t her problem and asked the kitchen where it was at and they all proceeded to argue and bevery loud. I saw the kitchen slide (what looked like a wrap) down the counter. She never came back to reassure me that my foodwas being made and she never kept checking to see if any of the wraps were mine she just walked away. finally a guy from theback came up and asked again what I ordered and got my food. It was very chaotic. I completely understand rush hour but there?sno reason they needed to act like they could care less where my food is at. I felt like I should have just went back there andmade it myself. This is the last time I will be going there, very unorganized and still had to wait 10min to get the food Iordered 20min ago. Always good. I was running late and was worried that I might not make it before they closed but I pulled up just in time.... Worried that they might be upset at my late arrival, I cautiously approached the drive thru and was greeting promptly andprofessionally by a very nice gentleman who happily took my order and had me on my way minutes later with the best smoothie intown!! After 20 mins in line I received the chunkiest smoothie full of ice. while I understand it could be a staffing issue I'm also a... person who understands if I'm willing to wait that long, the staff should be making sure each smoothie is the correctconsistency.
