1st visit to a Waffle House. Food was amazing, service was even more amazing. Southern hospitality is alive and well.
Good service most of the time. I don't have too many issues at this one. I actually drive out my way from semmes to this one.
We walked in to an almost empty restaurant and not one employee spoke to us. We almost got up and left. Finally someone came &... took our order. The Manager was talking to two other employees and helping her child play on her phone. Never acknowledged thatwe were even there. Waffle House does bad, so good! The bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, and waffles are all cooked just the way they are supposed to be.... It's greasy food at its unhealthy best! I also love that you get to see everything: the cooking, cleaning, order calling... thetraining of a new employee... everything. You know what you're getting, abs you know it'll be good. The service here was aboutas good as every other Waffle House I've gone to... they seem to attract good folks. Read more
First they blocked off haft the restaurant so you couldn?t use the restroom. My steak was over cooked and didn?t give me a steak... knife. Didn?t give me my coffee till after they bought my order. Read more

It was around 11 am. The wait to order was terrible, the wait to get our food was terrible. The restaurant had 4 waitress, 4... cooks and 1 busboy. It wasn't crowded, so I was left wondering why things was so unorganized and moving so slow. Once I receivedmy food, it was not right. I love, love, love the Waffle House, but I was seriously disappointed this morning. Read more
