I work for a living and it?s times where I cannot wait fr my food to be cooked in front of me so I try to call my order in but... every time I call this store on Dauphin island pkwy they never Answer the phone and when I get to the location they are not busysurprisingly and I have to wait to order and for my food?the food/cooks/waiters are great but the considers for customersschedules are at 4 out of 10?if ur in a hurry eat some where else???? Restaurant has gone down hill. Tables were all dirty when we went in, eggs undercooked, waitress brought toast but didn't ask... about needing jelly. Waitress never came back to check if orders were ok. No refill drink checks. Very disappointed. Read more

This is more of a public service announcement than a complaint..... Most of the time, the order is made how I ordered it. But if... you go between 12a-6a, double check your order before you walk out. I had ordered a waffle with chocolate chips and a soda togo. I didn't open my bag until I got all the way back home. What did I find?? Not a chocolate chip anywhere!!! Lol. Read more
