I work for a living and it?s times where I cannot wait fr my food to be cooked in front of me so I try to call my order in but... every time I call this store on Dauphin island pkwy they never Answer the phone and when I get to the location they are not busysurprisingly and I have to wait to order and for my food?the food/cooks/waiters are great but the considers for customersschedules are at 4 out of 10?if ur in a hurry eat some where else???? Restaurant has gone down hill. Tables were all dirty when we went in, eggs undercooked, waitress brought toast but didn't ask... about needing jelly. Waitress never came back to check if orders were ok. No refill drink checks. Very disappointed. Read more

I and a friend went in. No one greeted us. We stood in front of the nasty table and waited for help no one came. Waitresses... walked right past us multiple times and not even a I will be back to help you. We watched the manager call the police onsomeone who would not leave. She hung up the phone and walked off the other way. Me and my friend walked out after waitingabout 10 min, standing up, waiting for some help with a place to sit. First off I thought this was going to be the one that finally gets the 5 star review. Walked in just after 6 am. Nobody else... around and the staff were ready to serve. In fact it looked as if they had just finished mopping as some chairs had blocked offpart of the restaurant. It's WH, so I didn't even need a menu. I quickly ordered and headed to the bathroom. Definitely anupgrade from what I was expecting. I was thinking this is the one...until I went to use the sink. It looked as if someone hadshaved their public hair and just left it in the sink, pretty disgusting. Anyway, was quickly served my food and the servicewas prompt and polite. No issues there. Although, considering the lack of customers and what had initially thought of themhaving finished cleaning was not the case. There was dirty rags on the floor in a couple of places and other noticeableitems. So all I'm all just on par and nothing above the rest. I'll be back though and give it another chance. Read more
I stop by this place ar least once a month or try to. It?s a pleasant atmosphere inside. Always clean and rhe service at this... one is consistent. I normally get the same thing hash browns with scramble egg, toast and bacon and apsausage. The meal isconsistent with whoever is doing the cooking. Might be a little difference but not enough to mention which is good can count onit being what a person is expecting. The service has been consistent. This is more of a public service announcement than a complaint..... Most of the time, the order is made how I ordered it. But if... you go between 12a-6a, double check your order before you walk out. I had ordered a waffle with chocolate chips and a soda togo. I didn't open my bag until I got all the way back home. What did I find?? Not a chocolate chip anywhere!!! Lol. Read more
