I ordered 100 wings a day in advance and asked for a mix of ranch and blue cheese. I get my order and get ALL THE WAY home to... prepare for the arrival of my guests just to realize they only gave me blue cheese. I was a little annoyed, but it wasn?t toobig of a deal. I called them and let them know of the mistake with my sauces and the employee told me to bring back 5 of theblue cheese packs OR if I came back to the restaurant without them, I would be charged extra for the ranch. Her tone REALLYmade me upset! You inconvenience me by not making sure that my order was correct before giving it to me! The audacity of you toeven consider charging me anything when I would have to waste my gas to come back to fix your error. I should charge you forwasting my time! That?s poor customer service! We're in Alabama for work and since I had to take my Son to the bus station, we found this place on IG. The food is really good,... my buffalo fries weren't hot, but when I told Rachel she had no problem fixing the issue. Once my food came out it wasdelicious. The Buffalo fries were very flavorful with a kick. The catfish was seasoned and fried hard. The hot honey garlicwings were DELISH! You can taste all the flavors an they married well. I ordered 100 wings at the last minute for the next day. They were by far the best wings I ever had. The staff was very... courteous and very professional. They even called the next morning to make sure they had the order correct. I will definitely begoing here a lot more. 16.00 dollars for 5 tenders and a fry? When a gigantic buffalo fry is only 7 bucks? Whoever pays that much for a measley chicken... tender plate has lost their mind. Edit: also come to find out that my fries were not in my order... Maybe you could chargethese ridiculous prices if your service was AT LEAST a tiny bit better than embarrassing. The manager/owners are obviously sodetached from reality it's not even funny. Everywhere else is half price. EDIT: I literally JUST called up there for a price ona 5pc tender WITH A FRY AND A DRINK and it was 15$ and some change. So when I send 20$ up there I dont expect to be called aliar and told its not enough. YOU guys lied AND STOLE from me.
