Sat at drive thru.for 10 minutes with no cars ahead of me.The girl at the window was very rude, said she couldn't take my $100.... employees all joking around with each other.1 guy looked so high his eyes red and half closed. I have no problem with service, product,,parking or time to get my order. That was all good. But when you push a national ad... campaign about something new that you are going to start serving you kinda need to have it. In this case it?s the peppermintfrosty. Suppose to have started 2 days ago and when we go in to try it out the young man says ? nope, we ain?t got it?. I cantell he?s really tired of having to say this and it?s not his fault. Apparently the prices went up, but that doesn't reflect the menu. Over $10 for a medium Dave's single? I'll eat somewhere else... from now on. Thanks Biden for inflation, and thanks Wendy's for not updating your new inflated prices on the menu. Read more

Worst food experience ever! We sat at the speaker for 10 mins and no one addressed us. Then after we started ordering the... employees laughed during the whole transaction which came off very unprofessional. Upon completion of the order we sat therewaiting to be acknowledged and eventually just drove to window to which everyone was playing around and no one took ourtransaction seriously. On the bright side the food was fresh ! But they had no ice for drinks. Read more

Worst Fast food restaurants we have ever attended, took over 15 minutes in the drive-through waiting for food and they still... messed it up. 10 people working in the store standing around. The fryer guy would come out drop something and disappear, theywere working on one order at a time. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Read more
Pay your workers more than $10/hr. I don't understand why this even needs to be said this day and age. 2-3 workers is not enough... to keep up with a rush on one of the busiest streets in the city. No one wants to wait over an hour for food, 30 minutes minimumif you somehow get to them before they're busy. Food is always good in my experience, and no issues with the workers personally,but even the food isn't worth an hour wait for the price y'all demand. Read more
