This store messed up my whole $40 order. Our 3 drinks should have been sprite, but we got mellow yellow. 1 of them should have... been medium, but they were all small. My child's cheeseburger should have had cheese, lettuce, and ketchup. Instead it hadcheese, ketchup, onions, and no lettuce. My spicy chicken sandwich should have been on a lettuce bun, but instead, it was aregular chicken patty on top of a couple pieces of lettuce with onions and pickles. Sat at drive thru window for over 10 minutes with no one answering. Drove around to the window and snotty little black girl said... they were ?busy? and we would have to pull around again to place our order. She was extremely racist to us because we werewhite. They do a good job. The meat is good. The Frostie Is a very good chocolate malt. Wendy's is my favorite burger place. I don't... like the "bread and butter" pickle chips they put on burgers. Read more
This location's night crew thinks this is a social club they get paid to come to. About 6:30-7pm I needed some food in a hurry... because my daughter was waiting for me at the park. There were only two cars in the drive-thru but I decided to walk in andorder because I needed to use the restroom badly. Both doors to the dining room were locked. When I politely asked at thedrive-thru why the dining room was closed the girl paused for a good 20 seconds although I could hear her coworkers plainly inthe background. When I asked again, she angrily said "Cuz they ain't no point!" so I shook my head and went ahead with my order.I could hear her talking and laughing with her coworkers but I went ahead and got my order all out. Another long pause, then shesays, "Can you repeat your order?" I said forget it and drove around. I asked for her name at the window. She said "Don't worryabout me" and when I told her I was gonna report her, she literally flipped me off and started cursing with her manager standingright behind her so I drove off. Read more
When it comes to getting a delivery order for somebody whether if it's busy or not it is always slow and the last few times the... order was wrong. After checking to see wendys closed at 1:00am I placed an order at 8:50 ,but when I got to the restaurant at 9:00 (after my... order was accepted) they ignored me. This has to be the worst Wendy?s in mobile county. Morning shift is always outside smoking and talking and when you pull to the... drive thru they either ignore you completely or tell you the system is down they can?t make orders. They act like you haveinconvenienced them by asking them to do the job they hired on to do! Three times in a week I?ve had this experience alwaysaround 7 am. I won?t waste my time coming back here.
