This location downtown is ridiculous.. The cashier working the drive thur window on 8/27/2022 @ 11:00 was very rude and... seriously lacking customer service skills. I pulled off because I refused to spend my money with a company who Managers allowtheir staff to treat and talk to customer any kind of way. Me and my wife have been coming to Wendy?s everyday this week to eat lunch. Since the dining room has been open Thursday our... food was made wrong four times but we didn?t complain due to this is my wife?s favorite place to eat. Our sandwiches were madewrong twice and our nuggets were not cooked all the way twice but we still came back. Today after church we decided to bring thekids for a family snack. We pulled in and the dining room open flags were still out like they have been all week. We unloadedour 2 and 3 year old daughters and proceeded to the front door The door was lock a guy ran from the back and waved his had in atwirling motion signaling for us to go through drive through and ran back to the back. We tried to ask why the dining roomwasn?t open but the guy ran away so fast that we didn?t even get to ask. We pull in the drive through the car in front of us inline drive off we get the the speaker the person at the window was polite. We placed our order and proceeded to the window wherewe were introduced with drinks with no ice due to the ice machine broken I guess. The crew in the back loud and cussing. Thesandwich maker leaning over the food to tell us they have no toys. The crew talking about the have no big bags to put food in.We had to request for our receipt twice after we had been paid and then gotten our food. We drive all the way home which isabout 20 minutes away to get here to find out the nuggets was half done again and cold food due to our dive home. If the diningroom would have been open like it should have we wouldn?t have to have thrown away 30.00 dollars worth of food. We didn?t callup there or return our food because one gas prices are high as hell and we have to crying babies that we have to tend to.
