Send help SOMEONE?during a Friday lunch rush one older employee told the other employees several times to stop taking so many... orders (during lunch) because it?s too hard for her to keep up with the short staff. I saw at least six people back there but Idon?t know what shortstaffed is for that restaurant but I know the drive-through lines were both backed up and people insidewere waiting forever yet her solution was to stop taking orders so please send help to this restaurant because they need it! Has been to this location on more than one occasion and the lines are usually long and moving very slow! Tonight I sat between... 5-8 minutes and when I decided to drive off I noticed maybe 2 workers in the dining area. So basically we were ignored and thecompany lost money. So I pulled to this location @ 11:45pm no one says anything @ the intercom yet there?s a car in the second lane sitting so I... drive around the building & there?s another car @ the window waiting on service, so I know that they see me so I say ?Are youclosed???? The female turns her head & the male says ?Yeah we?re closed.? Food was food- Service was poor with the exception of one lovely lady at the pick-up window. She almost made up for the rude... employee taking the order at the drive up speaker. The atmosphere was poor because the lobby was closed, but COVID restrictionsare over. I see no reason to not have your lobby open to the public now. Read more
This location needs a better night crew. i sat at the speaker for a cool 20 minutes and nobody took my order or even acknowledge... me..it?s no cars in line but me so why does it take over 5 minutes for me to be ACKNOWLEDGED and my order taken??? Would give less if I could. Recently only took orders of the 6 cars in the inside lane while there were 5 car in the outside... lane of the drive through still waiting for orders to be taken. Was given the wrong order a separate time. And another time wastold ?we aren?t taking orders right now? while the whole staff was sitting inside eating at 9 PM, when the place closes at 11.
