The whole store went out bk employee was rude wouldn't help said 10 mins. I waited over 20 asked for manager and she wouldn't... come to talk to me I called n got hung up on by manager customer service is horrible couldn't get any help from manager she wasrude also general manager needs to train all of them on customer service or hire ppl they didn't even drop order till after theywent outside n smoke management too busy playing with employees instead of managing them Read more

Friendly staff Good hot food made to order
Wings started out tasting really good. This is until I uncovered a dead fly buried under a wing. ????I didn?t finish my meal... after that. I submitted a complaint on the website and requested for someone contact me about it. No one reached out. I filledout a survey on my order and stated my issue and nobody contacted me on that either. I tried one last time to file anothercomplaint on their website and no one contacted me. Fast and easy to order online. Really enjoyed my Louisiana rub and spicy Korean. Hot, crispy, easy. 10/10 recommend.
