The GM Mr. John was absolutely amazing. He took our order, which of course the food was fresh and delicious, but he also gave us... sauce motos and taught us about the app and how to use it. I?m so sad to write this. I love zaxbys. I eat here often, and I get the same thing every single time. Great 8, bbq, heavy heavy... bbq, make big with sweet tea and an extra ranch. When I?m in drive through they always pull through, in the morning shift! Nightshift is slacking. They gave me old chicken tonight. My husband brought it up and asked to remake and he said the guy in theback didn?t seem to want to remake. Couple minutes later he brings me another plate. It tasted like more old chicken but freshbbq sauce. It may not have been ?that old? and okay to serve, but I eat here SO much that I know how it should taste and morningshift needs a raise, their chicken is always the best. Night shift, I gotta stop coming if it?s later in the day. It?sdisappointing because I spend too much money here, but I love this food when it?s fresh. Love our Zaxby's! This location always has great service. Normally we get the grilled chicken sandwiches (be prepared to repeat... if you are getting just the sandwich or the meal). This time we tried a platter of Zack fingers and were deliciously surprised.Great value, too. Read more

Great place! I had the chicken fingers with fries. First off, the people behind the counter are very friendly and full of... life...they look like a party just started when I walked in. I came right before closing, and the employee said not aproblem?just sit down and enjoy. The atmosphere is inviting and not too bright...love that!
