Placed order for curbside pickup at 2:25. Arrived, checked in with the link in the email, giving parking spot number. Called... store at 3:06 to find out where my order was. Was told it would be right out. At 3:25, drove to the drive-up speaker and askedfor my order. Was told they had no order under that name. Left and called the store to have them cancel my order. Was told bya cashier they couldn't cancel it. The manager couldn't be bothered to come to the phone. I wan't my refund! I will NEVER eatat Zaxby's again! Read more

I?m a longtime customer and fan of the Kickin? Chicken sandwich. Whenever I request it, I ask for extra fries, no ranch, heavy... Tongue Torch sauce, and a Minute Maid fruit punch with no ice. I get exactly what I ask for 4 out of 10 times. But thisparticular time I decided to check after these...people. My sandwich looked great, and my drink was filled to the brim. When Igot home I was about to sip my drink when low and behold?ICE. I asked for a Minute Maid fruit punch with *no* ice. Not a MinuteMaid fruit punch with *some* ice. It?s not funny. It?s old. This is a good and simple chicken restaurant. I really like their chicken salad a lot. They also have good chicken tenders to... have with side dishes. ( like the fries and fried pickle pieces) and their good sauces. The chicken and bread taste good. Theplace seems rather clean and safe and very popular. Read more

Just placed an order at the drive through and was charged more than advertised. A sign was posted indicating that the Zaxby?s... Signature Sandwich meal was $6.99. I was charged $8.02. The cashier told me that the meal was actually $7.29 before tax althoughI explained to her that?s not what was advertised and I had a picture. I can understand if the deal is no longer being offered,but the sign should?ve been removed as well. Read more
