Absolutely AMAZING food! We had Fork cater our intimate wedding dinner for 25 people back in September. To say the food was... incredible is an understatement, our guests are still talking about it. Many saying it was the best food they have eaten at anywedding or within Newfoundland. Kayla and Kyle were so easy and wonderful to work with! Most of our guests were from abroad andthey curated such a thoughtful menu focusing on local and seasonal ingredients. Needs a 6th Star. Last time we were here in Mobile/Witless Bay we ran out of time to make a reservation at The Fork. This time... round we were able to visit and we can only describe the food as utterly amazing. The seasonal Fall menu had a good choice ofstarter and main with two dessert options. As a group of four we decided to order five different starters, one main and bothdessert options. We ordered Nan's Bread with Molasses butter, Warm Brie, Pork Dumplings, Garden Carrots, Wings, Seared Yellowfin Tuna and the Pasta main dish. Dessert was Vanilla Creme Brulé and Affogato. Every dish was incredible and I ( we) feltthat ordering lots of small dishes was a fun and easy way of experiencing a good chunk of the Fall menu. The pasta main dish wefelt was quite rich but full of flavour, so splitting it four ways was more than enough per person. Highly recommended,reservations required and I can see why. Great experience, good portions and great flavours! Got a scallops ceviche, wings, and the lamb to split between two people and... was reasonably full. The wings were super crispy and unique! Table next to us got the brisket which looked massive! Read more
Every trip to Fork is a delight. The quality and flavour of food is incredible. Nans bread is a must. Such delicious meals, and... with a menu that rotates there?s always something new to try. The service is always lovely too. Love love love. Read more
This place is MUST visit. Even if you're only in St. John's for a few days, it is well worth the drive. The food is incredible.... You will not be disappointed. All fresh food ... all the time. There is simply no "best recommendation" for this place becausethe entire menu is amazing. Read more
Brunch was delicious! I had chicken and toutons. So good! Good sized portions. I couldn?t quite eat it all?but I tried. My... fiancé had the eggs Benedict as that?s his go to for brunch. He was unsure of the eggs Benedict when he found out it came withpulled pork because he?s not a pulled pork fan, but after having this, now says it may have changed his mind on pulled porkforever. I had to have a bite ofcourse, and it was amazing. Food was great, Service was fast and friendly with a nice relaxedatmosphere. Nice and bright inside with views of the ocean in the distance and the chickens that laid your eggs running aroundright outside. Excellent service, lovely atmosphere, and beautifully executed dishes. I had the duck breast and my boyfriend had the brisket,... both of which were complex, balanced and well executed dishes. Didn't get a photo of dessert but our table ordered one of eachand all three choices were delicious (Two types of Creme Brulee, and a chocolate mousse cake) We'll definitely be back to seewhat their next menu has in store Read more
An excellent recommendation, worth the drive out from st johns. Food was tasty. And morning cocktails hit the spot. Little... farmstead with chicken coop entertained the little ones! Recommend making a reservation in advance, only a few tables. Read more
