Ordered hot garlic parm minus the parm and received the wings with the parm. I returned them and they brought me ready cooked... wings with a drizzle of hot ssuce on them and they thought this was acceptable. Management and staff need to up their game. Super disappointing that their pickles are not the spears with dill batter anymore. They now have no dill and taste like... tgifridays ???? not to mention the portion was for a toddler. They also forgot the wings but they fixed that. Also the steakand cheese was NASTY!!! It was like whole pieces of steak ums. ECW thomasville is sooo much better! ECW Mocksville has always been bad, but I checked reviews and recent ones were four and five stars. So, we went here for my... birthday, and it was so BAD that we left without eating. First, the place was almost empty, and it looked dirty. The windowswere absolutely covered with fingerprints and smears. We were told to take any table, and the one we sat down at had not beenwiped. A server wiped the end but said she could not reach the far side. My son wiped that for her. They gave us warm celery intwo plastic bags. I am guessing someone did not pick up a take out. Maybe the wings were previous take out not picked up too.They were rubbery and dry to the point that they were inedible. They didn't even have but a couple of tablespoons of sauce onone side. I have never left a restaurant before, but I did tonight. My son and I drove a half hour to ECW in Salisbury where wegot great wings and a cookie skillet. Good food, quick service and I enjoy using their point system for discounts. Their BBQ and garlic parmesan wings are delicious.... Love their burgers because they use Angus cut beef. I'm picky about beef, but they make it great. Have far better experiencehere then the Salisbury location, but the other location I've used are good too. Read more
Service good. Wings were pretty good. Chips were burnt. We did get a new batch of chips with no issues. Got the 25 wings and... chips combo for 30 bucks. After cokes, ranch and tip cam to 45 bucks. Probably not the best value. Read more
Spent $49 on takeout for the boneless chicken to be dry as hell and my lettuce wrap chicken to not even be dipped in any sauce.... The best part of the meal was the carrots and that's sad!
