Food was good. Staff was slow but nice.

If you want over priced crappie food then best place in town. Out of everything no ketchup, no cream for coffee. If it weren't... for the older folks Hardee's would have already been gone. Read more
Ordered 3 chocolate shakes and they come to the window only half full in the cup. I asked for them to fill them up. 2 had whip... cream and 1 did not. So they brought them back the same way. I asked why they were only half full and the guy manager saidbecause the shake was supposed to only be 10oz and that's a half cup. The rest is whip cream which one person did not want. Sofor $3.49 a cup your getting 10oz of shake and mainly whip cream. That's crazy. I had them to give me my money back. And we wentto Sonic got a bigger cup with candies included and it was coming out the top. And this Hardee's likes to cut their lights offearly too at night and the parking lot is pitch dark. So beware, I was sitting in line one night when they did it and it was 35mins before they closed. I guess they wanted to get out early. Read more
2/23/22 Went through drive thru before work today because I had very conveniently forgotten to pack a lunch. I had to retrieve... the cashier?s name from the receipt. Her name is Shealia. She?s been extremely rude on more than one occasion. I get it,restaurants are understaffed and employees are overworked and quite frankly have always been stressed out, but we were beingcalm and polite while trying to order. No matter how stressed I was while I was personally working fast food, I always put onthe customer service persona and didn?t let my outside problems interfere with my work life. Read more
$3.73 for a half of a milkshake from a dirty restaurant. I should've listened to my co-workers when they told me this Hardee's... is dirty. Please refer to the pictures, this was the shake they handed me. Read more
Was the only one waiting in line to order inside took almost 5 minutes to get someone to take my order, ordered 2 double... cheeseburgers to go after the employees finished visiting with an off duty employee and her mother. After finally ordering myfood was brought to me rather quickly. Got in my car and left while driving up the road I opened one to eat and burger was cold, cheese was still cold and not melted. Out of all the fast food places in mocksville, this one has to be the worst. I witnessed an employee answer her phone talk for... about a min, then she put her phone back in her pocke wiped her nose and then WITHOUT washing her hands she continued to make acustomers order.. I have been a manager of 25 plus employees for 10 years and I can plainly see the employees are just there fora check, there is no safe food handling, no workplace communication. The whole place is out of sync and just downrightdisgusting.. I walked out and went elsewhere for my food. If the management is lacking that bad then I suggest new management orre training.
