I went to place an order for Father's day today and after being on hold, and repeatedly having the call disconected for 40... minutes in total no one ever picked up. Put an away message on if you're not there because it doesn't make sense that the phonecan ring for 40 minutes with no one picking up. It's not like the line was busy its as if everyone working went home early forthe day even though their hours of operations show open until 9pm. Very disappointing. Read more
I mistakenly called the wrong pizzeria placing my order. Once I realized it was the wrong place, I called back to explain and... kindly cancel my order. One of the owners proceeded to tell me ?we have already made your food and if you don?t come pick it up,we will have the plattekill police come to you house?. I was blown away, thinking it was a joke but the man was completelyserious. I understand the cost of food is extreme right now, but to be threaten with police action over a simple mistake isoutrageous. Will never be going here again, food is horrible anyways. Read more
My first time here was just for a quick slice of pizza while on the go. I was pleasantly surprised with the pizza. Crispy... bottom, doughy center, the sauce was perfect. Will definitely stop in again when in the area. Read more
NOT GREASY! Thin crust if you don't like it doughy. Got 3 pies and they were tasty. There wasn't enough cheese on the pizza for... us but like I said it wasn't greasy so that was a plus! They give you a rewards stamp card for incentive to come back ???? Read more
I have lived in New Paltz, closer to Gardiner, for 8 years. All of this time I have been going to that other pizza place...you... know the one right in "downtown" Gardiner. I somehow overlooked this place, which is only a couple of minutes farther away. Lastnight I got a large pizza from them for the first time and g*d help me it is as good as the best pizza places in NYC. So now Ihave to face the fact that I spent 8 years putting terrible pizza in my mouth hole when I could have been getting this AMAZINGpizza that whole time. This makes me sad but also happy at the same time. Trust me on this, best pizza in the New Paltz area. Read more
This place is a total joke. Its too bad because they actually have decent pizza. I have actually ordered a pie from them and... they were closed when I went to pick it up. They do not stay open as stated on their website hours. When I questioned theowner, he replied we close when we feel like it, so if its slow we will close. Heres a clue: try being reliable and nice toyour customers and maybe you will have enough business to stay open like a normal pizza business. Don't waste your time at thisplace, drive a couple miles further and hit up Pasquale's in Gardiner. At least they will be open when they say they are. Read more
The staff were friendly, and polite. The pizza was good l, had the right amount of toppings, and was cooked just right. Leftover... slice was even good at room temp 2 hours later while on the road. Read more
Was staying at the KOA campgrounds around the corner from this place and ordered a large pepperoni pizza and an order of the... Spicy BBQ chicken wings for pick up. The pepperoni pizza was great but the wings were where things got really good. The spicyBBQ wing sauce was delicious and the meat on the wings was cooked perfectly and basically fell right off the bone into my mouth.Would definitely recommend this place and eat here again in the future.
