What a great experience today, I've been to several stewards in the area and I must say this is one of my best customer service... encounters anybody can make a milkshake or an ice cream cone but it is a way it is served the way you are treated that makes adifference.... The bathrooms are beyond filthy at this Stewart?s. There is urine and caked up dirt all over the floor against the walls, the... toilet is filthy, the floor is filthy, the sink is filthy. If this is how they keep an area that the customer can see, I justimagine how they must keep the area that we do not see, such as ice cream and food. They have a sign in the restroom if thisrestroom needs attention please notify someone on duty. When I notified the person on duty her body language and facialexpressions where as if I was interrupting and disturbing her. All she said was OK. I definitely will not be returning tothis Stewart?s. I would suggest that customers should not use the bathroom and probably should not eat any of the food that isprepared there. There is obviously a leader ship issue or the store would be clean. This Stewarts is alright, but when you compare the gas prices out of any gas station in the area this is by the far the most... expensive one. a slap in the face when you realize how bland Modena is. Read more
Extremely rude employee who doesnt like to make chocolate peanut butter shakes has me giving 1 star for poor customer service. ... This is not the first time I've had an issue but it is the first time she straight up refused to make 2 of them. If it's thatdamn hard to scoop dont offer it as a flavor for shakes! And learn to keep your personal opinions to yourself until after thecustomer leaves...you get paid to do a job so just do it and stop complaining before I call the manager next. Read more

I always came here through the years for coffee, a hot dog, ice cream or an Apple fritter and it was always a great experience.... Something has changed recently. They have changed their brand of hot dog to long and skinny and they are very salty. There areno condiments like sauerkraut, hot pepper sauce, etc. and worst of all, the place needs a good cleaning. I think they need morehelp. The people that are there do their jobs but they need more help to empty the garbage, tidy up the bathrooms, etc. Theyshould make hand disinfectant available again (Covid isn?t gone yet and there is the flu). I will give them one more chance butI?m not hopeful. It wasn?t a good experience. Read more
