Fast and Friendly Service! Very Clean Store! The two servers were fast and efficient even though they were very busy.

Not a family friendly environment. Playing inappropriate music talking about sex, extremely filthy floors and tables, no... napkins, and the only high chair they have, I suggest you do not use, hasn't been cleaned. The few times that I've been inthere the same spots for still on this side chair. Filed a complaint and was supposed to hear from the manager according tocorporate and they did not to follow up. I came and ordered sundaes with my siblings. The guy helping my sister was trying to be helpful, because their system was not... updated for Baskin Robbins app payments. He was able to make it work by typing in the gift card numbers. However the only girlworking was rude. She was a snob and was not even attempting to make an effort and be helpful. She didn't even offer to addtoppings to my sundae! So I was handed a gooey scoop of ice cream with only hot fudge, no whip cream, no nuts, no cherry. Shedid not even ring me up instead she walked away while snobbishly smirking. This experience is why I will be frequenting DairyQueen from now on! I usually post positive reviews but I'm frustrated with our neighbors ice cream store. Some times ago my husband and I visited... BR and we were treated terribly by the employee Over a expired coupon. Later I learned he was the OWNER!! Today I called toorder a small ice cream cake and I was informed they no longer take ice cream cake orders PERIOD!! I expressed my concerns andsaid that I didn't think what was good business.
