Went in for a quick dinner because we had been craving wings. Our waiter was great and he was quick and very friendly. We... ordered wings and fries with drinks. When we got our order the fries were cold and had no flavor. The wings were barely warm aswell. My drink didn't come until about halfway through our meal. waited 15 minutes for our server to even say hi to us and another 35 minutes to get an overcooked appetizer. when the qa brought... out food or she said "wings?" and tossed the plate on the table. they didn't bring all the utensils out so we asked for someknives and ranch, big surprise those never came. Got there right when it opened. Good food but there was only 1 server for dining and 1 server for bar area. And even then bar... tender served us. Read more
Took my niece here for her 16th birthday. They screwed everything up so much. We were waiting for over an hour for our food.... They kept on bringing us wrong meals. The waitress she was nice but the food runners and the cooks screwed everything up. Read more
Service was extremely slow. I didn't think it could get any slower until we did the Blazin' Challenge. You eat 10 Carolina ... Reaper wings in 6 minutes with nothing to drink. This thing took FOREVER to set up, from the release you have to sign to theactual food arriving. The wings are 2-3 times the size of what they normally serve you and the "heat" level wasn't really therefor me.... but I love spicy foods to begin with. Our prize? A headband and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. We still had to payfor the 10 wings. Very disappointing. All told, with the challenge, our food for dinner and what drinks we did have, plushaving to wait for our "prize" for completing the challenge, we spent over 3 hours inside. As stated, VERY slow. Wings were super good! Service was great! This location never disappoints! Cook needs a Kuddos! Nothing but bones left :)
