The food was delicious I went on a slow day most tables where empty. I had to request a rag to clean a table. Employee came out... and clean just our table. The other tables where extremely dirty. Food was okay - but their out of ingredients like lettuce? and the employee who helped me wasn?t to friendly when notifying me... about it during my order. Then the entire seating area was filthy. Tables, chairs and floor absolutely filthy. There were 3employees working that I could see and no customers in the store but me as I write this review and what are the employees doing?Chatting it up!!! No worries that customers get to walk into a dirty food place. Then another customer comes in and asks for awet nap to wipe a table and instead of this lazy girl going to clean the tables she hands a rag and spray bottle to thecustomer? I mean call me old fashion but I thought that was her job? Anyways hopefully this business owner can get this squaredaway because this is lots of wasted labor dollars!!!!! Read more

I'm from Philly and the Philly cheese steaks are not like the original. They do have their own flavor that is acceptable and... they have a different way of prepping the food. I will eat here because the food court here is not pleasing. The drinks arefresh tasting and quenching. I ask for my cheese steak without the bell peppers as they are always a bit too soft. The tomatoeswas not as fresh as they should've been. Overall, I'll eat here again because it's the best place in the mall at the moment. Read more
My food was good. Understaffed after lunch, seating area was filthy. Price HIGH $34 for 2 meals, in paper boxes with... Styrofoam cups. With cheezwiz and fries. Cup, small sandwich and fries for 2 = 3 hours work... no return for me. Read more

Extremely dissatisfied with the staff that is in the back cooking. The food did not make our sandwiches properly then said our... food did not come with tomato when it is clearly advertised on their menu that it does come with tomato and was extremely rudeto us when we were very polite for them about it food has no flavor and is extremely bland. I will not be coming back to thislocation again. A one star is not even worth it! $36 on two sandwiches, two fries and two drinks. So overpriced! Read more
