Chilis always has something good. Our server was a young lady who was friendly, attentive and liked having conversation with us... while I took my family to go eat. We like when wait staff are attentive and friendly with us. Makes us want to leave a biggertip for effort and work ethic. They kind of deserve it, without them going out to eat wouldnt be enjoyable and who doesnt likebeing waited on? My daughter always loves going here to eat. The atmosphere is so so....but its due to the area and demographicof people here. Other than that you should have a pretty good time and a good meal. One of the better places in the area justbecause of efficiency and attentiveness of the servers and the food is secondary for me. I recommend. And hope you have goodexperiences going there as well. 3 for me deal makes it affordable, with decent amount of food. However it is a chain restaurant, so the food has a processed... feel to it. Service was good. Lunch portions are smaller, so eat lots of chips and salsa, which is free on every visit, if youjoin the My Chili?s Rewards program which is also free. Read more
I ordered curbside pickup for dinner. The mix and match fajita dinner to go. I was expecting to get a semi warm plate of so so... steak and hopefully warm chicken at most. Well, I was very pleasantly suprised! My steak was melt in your mouth tender andseasoned perfectly. Chicken was great and had all necessary sides and toppings included w my order. We went to celebrate my Birthday but changed our mind quickly I found you don?t acomadate food allergies. I was told I would... have to pay extra to change items out such as cheese. Other places understand food allergies and switch no problem. I amallergic to yellow cheese and the yellow in mustard and Mac and cheese. Your waitress said I had to pay to change the cheese.She did not pay attention and brought my salad with cheese then took it back to remove the cheese. Dinner was embarrassing tosay the least.
