First, the "only online order" at this location is just ridiculous. Having your staff stare at me while I do an order online is... a bit frustrating. Second, you guys miss something in our order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Which is why I don't oder online because Iwant to watch them make the food. Sitting down and opening every single item and getting my hands on other people's food is notrealistic and a customer shouldn't have to do that. Fix the food right, like ordered. This has been our families primary location to grab a take out when we want Chipotle. The orders have never been wrong or... missing anything and are prepared and ready rather quickly. I don't have very much experience with interacting with the staffbecause we always use the mobile app but the couple times I waited for a minute someone always asked me my name and checked onmy order status without me having to ask them first which is super nice. This place was trashed. Over flowing trash cans, sticky tables, trash all over the floor, fruit drinks were all out, chips were... out, they didn't give us any forks or napkins. Read more
My order was wrong. The store manager was so rude and unprofessional. Telling me that I have to be nice next time that I come... here when my order is wrong because other managers would not take care of it. I was not rude to her that she called rude andtold me I got what I want and I should leave. On my way out she flipped me off. Chipotle lost my business forever. Read more
Food is good. eaten here countless times. Funny thing I discovered over the month of dinning in and ordering to my work is that... these guys have special quantiles (small portions for more money) for door dash orders. I have tested it with Burritos, Bowlsand tacos. They give you less food in door dash order lol. Read more
Horrible experience not once but twice. My family with two toddlers waited approximately 45 minutes in line earlier this year.... The older couple behind us even screamed at the workers for fulfilling mobile orders and standing around pretending to work.Then as soon as we tried ordering kids meals, the woman would not elaborate about what items were available? just stared at usblankly pretending not to understand! I would only go here if you want cold food, 1/4 scoop of meat and to be discriminatedagainst lol. Not Asian friendly at all! Read more
Honestly I've been trying to decide over night which is worse over all; The dude behind the counter whose pants were so low in... ouls tell he wears Hanes, the same dude taking his gloves thumb and shoving it into his crack to pull up said pants, the fact hethen proceeded to make my order (which I went in for a burrito, changed to a bowl for obvious reasons), or that for two bowls itcost over $20 and the portions were absolutely laughable. At this point I don't know why I ever bothered going back to thislocation (or Chipotle in general) given how far it's fallen. Don't bother. Read more
