I have been going to cold stone for the last decade, and this location specifically the last 5 years. NEVER had I been told I... couldnt do two separate scoops where she couldn't mix in the toppings if I got it that way.. so this is how i received my icecream... the last 3 times we've been to cold stone it's always been something, this has topped it for us. This place used to rock, but I have had nothing but problems the last few months I've been here, especially my most recent trip... today. An employee slammed my ice cream container on the counter in what I assume was anger when I told her that I wantedmix-ins - I have no idea why she didn't ask before scooping the ice cream into a container to begin with. Instead of mixing themin, she threw four blueberries and one single strawberry on top of the container and passed it off as done, completely forgoingmy third topping. My service waset with eye rolls, attitude, and the air of a teenager that was mad that they got caught tryingto scam a customer. I, not wanting to start a confrontation with someone that so obviously wanted to fight, took my ice creamand left. I have been going to this specific location for over a decade and have never had an experience as horrendous asthis. I do not recommend this location to ANYONE. The customer service is severely lacking and they do not enforce mask mandateswithin the store, there were 2 other groups of customers inside at the same time and not a single one of them was wearing amask. Good ice cream, sweet employees most of the time. Tons of different flavor combinations can be made between all the ice cream... flavors and mix ins available. Lots of seating, both inside and outdoors. Not the best parking lot at this location, kind ofhard to get in and out with all the traffic from the corner. Read more
Delicious ice cream, I got the Banana Caramel Crunch and definitely recommend it.
