Ordered delivery because I was entertaining last minute guests. Was supposed to take less than half an hour. An hour goes by and... nothing shows up. I call to see if perhaps they are having a hard time finding my place, and they hang up on me when I tell themthat I have a question about my order. I call back, and I'm forwarded to an automated message saying that my delivery is on itsway. Another hour passes by, and I finally get a phone call telling me that there is no delivery drivers, and that I would haveto come pick up my order. My order had been sitting out since 915pm, it's now 11pm, my guests left. I politely tell them to justcancel my order. They agreed and said I'd be refunded since I paid online. This occurred on the 8th, I have still not beenrefunded. Read more
We are a very busy family and so we order pizza probably more often than we should. With that said, you can see why it has been... very upsetting to continuously have to deal with burnt pizzas. When I call to have this issue remedied, I keep getting anexcuse that makes no sense "it is how our ovens cook the pizza." What? A pizza place that knows it is selling burnt pizzas? Then I get the we need the other pizza back and for us to take it back. Wait, I ordered delivery, but now I have to go back? It has gotten to where we check the pizza before the delivery person leaves. I love their thin crust pizza when the cheese andthe bottoms are not cooked to death, but I hate how often we have to return pizzas due to "their oven" problem. Maybe Pizza Huthas better ovens. Food is just the food but every time I try this one they delay the order and if I don't call or show up and ask they won't make... it and never get notified about my pizza being made or not. Already has been 45 mins. Tired of always being let down here. It'sjust closer to my home. They might be busy but seems like it happens to many times before. Not coming back. Read more

Tonight was pizza night. Both pizzas were over cooked, almost unedible burnt. The BBQ chicken pizza was mostly ruined, as well... as the burnt crust the toppings were slid off the pie into the box. We called to complain and did end up with a credit, howeverif the pies were served and delivered correctly; credit and frustration could be avoided. Quality control does not exist.Thatcould lead to more frequent customer return visits. Update 07/22/2020: We called to take advantage of our credits that wereoffered. Come to find out there were no credits associated. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Read more
I must share my most recent experience with Domino's. We got a bunch of dominoes on October 5th for my birthday and it was... amazing we tried just about everything on the menu. Although they did mess up one of our pizzas it was supposed to have whitesauce the rest of our order was amazing. The cinnamon twist dessert was so yummy. And the brownies oh boy they were delicious. Iwould definitely recommend this location for your next event or dinner choice. Read more
