The staff and owner are such a great team. I'm always drive thru. Their chef is really good!!! I love their taco salad here ... and it's only 10 bucks. Much cheaper and better quality than El Pollo Loco taco salad!! Read more
I was impressed; a 24 hour family oriented place with a drive thru. They sell daily meals & great combination platters, family... packs and catering trays. Yes 1 person can dine with good portions for under $10 depending on which combo & size drink. I chose$8.50 rolled tacos with guac&cheese& sour cream plus a medium tea.There?s a FREE salsa bar. For those hard workers they can winedown with happy hour too????. Time: 4-7pm $1.99 drinks and a special plate to munch out too. I always get what I ask for and they don?t forget my order, and they don?t skimp out of the serving size like a lot of other... places. Always come back to El Forastero, get the carne asada fries, my personal favorite. Also really good Horchata. Read more
The food here is super fresh and delicious. I eat here several times a week and sometimes multiple times a day lol it is that... good! Definitely home style, not a ton of grease and the meat is great quality. I recommend the carne asada, it is seasonedperfectly and cut just right, never chewy or gamey. Read more
This was my first time eating here but I've driven by a lot and just never stopped. I got the shrimp tacos and the veggie bowl.... The shrimp tacos are large and full of shrimp. The veggie bowl had a lot of beans, rice, lettuce, veggies, etc. The sauces werereally good and the food was fresh. I'll be eating here more often when I'm on that side of town. Read more
Very hit and miss when you come here... being a 24 hour place, that's normally what happens. Inconsistent staff... went there... recently and ordered a breakfast burrito with no potato (hoping a little smaller and lighter ya know), this thing had NO eggs!Was 98% chorizo, 1% cheese, 1% tortilla. It was bleeding grease by the time I got home. Called them to maybe resolve thisissue... no answer 4 straight times. Might give it another try... 3 outta 5 visits were solid. Read more
