Very surprised and Disappointed tonight. Farmer Boys in modesto is the Only place we like to go. Never have I ever had a problem... or an error and great customer service! Tonight changed that!! First we pull up to order. We sat there for about 3 or 4 minutesbefore a female said "Ill be with you in a minute". So about 7 minutes later a man asks if we had a question. I said are youopen? He says yes. I said well I'd like to place my order. He says oh, I thought you were deciding. I said no, the girl saidshe'd be a minute and never came back. So I placed my order and specifically said, plain no sauce or condiments on one order.Total of 3 combo meals and a salad. At the window, we (finally!) got 3 burgers, which was a weird 2 pieces of meat, (I've neverseen a 1/4 pounder look like this) 2 fries and the salad. We were missing 1 order of fries and there wasn't a plain burger. Theyremade the plain burger, which was missing cheese and bacon....... and gave us the order of fries that was missing but the timewasted on all the waiting was not worth the cold meal we ate. I will now have to find another Farmer Boys to go to in theevening. People working didn't look too happy especially the lady with the braid (black hair). Full and satisfied everytime I leave, quality non-greasy food. If you are hungry for hamburgers or an omelet, this all day... breakfast beats Denny's in price and quality. I had the best Cobb salad today. I usually get fried zucchini. Try it, it's worthit! Dine-in indoor is always nice and cool, or outdoor dining. Read more
I just shared a Farmer Burger combo with onion rings, an order of zucchini and a strawberry shake with extra strawberries. Y?all... I am one happy lady right now. Every bite of the burger was worth it. The crispness and sweetness of the onion rings andzucchini with ranch? the flavor shines. Seriously, try their milkshakes. You won?t be disappointed. This is not fast food! Thisis real quality and made to order and I can say that EVERY TIME I?ve been to Farmer Bros they are consistent and deliverdeliciousness. First time trying out the Modesto location. Saw the score on yelp was a little low, but I always enjoy the Farmer Boys in... Riverbank, so I figured why not. First off BIG thank you to the cashier who brought my food out! I received my soda first andwas asked to park out front for the food. While waiting I noticed the Dr. Pepper tasted off and asked if the cashier couldexchange it for a Pepsi. She was more than willing and came right back and apologized. Now to the food. Why is no one talkingabout the Loaded Fried Fiery Chicken Sandwich??? Forget Chik Filler and Crazy Canes! This chicken sandwich is crispy, spicy, andloaded with bacon, cheese, and smashed avocado! Thid was my first time visiting this restaurant they were very kind. And even though they had something vegan for me I couldn't... eat it because it was cooked on the same grill as the meat. But they did thrre best to try to get something else for me. I washelped by awesome worker named Madison who was very kind and give wonderful customer service. Food is always fresh and pretty quick for made to order. Great customer service! I always ask for extra pickles and extra onions... and they are always friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this Farmer Boy's. Read more
