My wife and I were there for our 15th anniversary. Everything was great. Nice atmosphere. Great staff. They wished us a happy... anniversary. Our menu was personalized with a Happy Anniversary notation. The manager came over and welcomed us himself.Complimentary champagne. The food was excellent too! And the dessert... Honestly it was a pretty wonderful experience such a good place for casual celebration or taking out the SO just because. The... service was attentive just the perfect amount not to little to have to call for the waiter every time you need something and nottoo much to make you wanna leave the sweet spot of having them come to sometimes just chat or ask how the meal is going. Thefood was pretty good although I wish the steak knives were a bit sharper and the steak was immaculate cooked to my exactspecifications and usually I'm not one for steak sauce so when I saw it I wasn't too ready to excited to try it but when Iactually tried it it was perfect and such flavor I had to leave a good tip 10/10 looking forward to bringing the family moreoften. Went here for a dinner date with my girlfriend, we really enjoyed the ambiance and appearance of the restaurant. We made a... reservation online and were quickly escorted to our table outside where they have a spacious patio and heaters. Although themenu isn’t as large as something offered at your run of the mill restaurants, all of the options sounded delicious, especiallymy lamb shank. I will say, if you are vegetarian like my girlfriend is, most of their dishes have some form of meat in it.Granted, it is an Italian restaurant so we expected that. Just something to note if you too, are also vegetarian. Overall, ifyou’re looking for a higher end place to eat in the Central Valley with great food, great scenery and beautiful architecture,this is a great option. Read more
I’ve lived in Modesto for 28 years and this is my first time dining here for dinner. The service, food, and atmosphere is... amazing and will not disappoint. The house bread is delicious. We ordered a bottle of red blend wine ???? for the course of ourmeal. We had brochette for our appetizer. We ordered soup and salad that had great taste. For our entree, we both ordered TheRibeye with potatoes and broccoli seasoned to perfection. The Ribeye literally melted in our mouths. For dessert I had lemonsorbet and my wife had peanut butter gelato. We had a great experience and will come back again. Read more
Ambiance is perfect! We enjoyed delicious home made pasta for my son's 22nd birthday where he got treated to a special beverage.... Our menus were personalized and staff so wonderful and attentive. Galletto Ristorante definitely gives you a feeling that everyguest is important. Highly recommend. Prices are a treat in itself. Thank you for such a pleasant birthday dinner. Read more
