Monster tacos 2 for 3 bucks yummy very good.
Ordered food online for delivery. We ordered the mega munchies box and we received everything cold and soggy and old. Not only... that but the right amount of the nuggets, curly fries and tiny tacos were not there. It?s supposed to be 30 nuggets and 45 tinytacos and the curly fries are supposed to be 2 medium curly fries.We drove to the location around 6pm and the lobby was closedwhich it isn?t supposed to be even if short staffed. So we went in the drive thru and they basically told me that they can?t dueanything and instead blamed it on the delivery driver. They said that the delivery driver sat in the lobby for 30 minutes withthe food and that is the reason it was cold and old and soggy and apparently that?s also going to be the reason why everythingis at the wrong amount too. They refused to replace and not only that the lobby is closed when it?s not supposed to be. Read more
I ordered my food and was told to wait at the parking lot. I received my food and was missing half my order. I knocked on the... door and was ignored by the staff. I drove back around and waited 20 minutes in line to be told to wait again in the parkinglot. Waited another 20 minutes to get my food. Wasted an hour of my life at this place Read more
Fast service. Meal was correct and the cashier at the window was really nice.
Just close the restaurant. All Grills broken. If you cant keep up with basic maintenance i wonder what the clenlyness is like.
This is the worse jack in the box in Modesto. Food quality is horrible. Order two grande sausage burritos. The tortilla was hard... and over cooked and they rolled into a ball.had to wait 5 minutes to get my food. The insides of the burrito was hot.with thetortilla having a crunchy texture when I tried to bite it the tortilla split in 5 different directions. The staff was extremly rude they act as though they were better than any one else especially the girls that work the evening... shift. And ive been shorted on my food more than a few times.tonight i ordered 4 orders of tacos and a large fry and only got 2orders of tacos no fries and ive been calling over and over and it just rings a couple of times and then goes to voicemail thatsays it hasnt been set up.
