Went early this morning to go get my favorite Jamba , chunky strawberry. Took one bite and the bananas were rotten. Black to be... specific. It was so gross. The girl did give me my money back but I had to ask for a free one next time for the inconvenience. I?m not gonna lie, it was upsetting. To taste the rotten banana was gross. Went here for a pickup and waited for over 15 minutes under the mobile pickup sign and the staff refused to help me. They would... help the people that would walk up behind me but wouldn?t get my order for me. Will not be coming back here. Read more

Seriously this jamba on Pelandale is absolutely fabulous!! The manager Hailey is so positive and wonderful..she has an amazingly... positive staff and the energy in here is constantly super positive!!! I had left a review on here a few weeks back about my bowl not being filled and how it wasn?t the best.. this store reached out... to me and offered to re-make the bowl at no cost. So I came back about a week ago and they kept their word and WOW, they wentabove and beyond, making sure the bowl was filled and fresh. The staff were extremely friendly and I also met the manager whomade the bowl herself and gave it to me with a friendly smile. I?ll be back! Read more
