I would of gave it a 1 star but the pizza was hot. I walk in no one greets me. I?m waiting a couple of minutes while 3 people in... the back are listening to music and talking away. They saw me but still ignored me. I had to say excuse me at least 5 times andI know they heard me. This has happened before. They act like they were bothered because I needed to order. SMH. Read more
Why does it seem like every YouTuber online has a ton of more old world pepperoni on their pizza than mine?? I got gypped. It... tastes and feels like a regular pepperoni pizza. Meh... Also I ordered online and followed instructions, arrived at estimatedtime, just in time for them to put into pickup box that requires code. Online it says to wait for code email. I wait for 5minutes for email with code. Nothing... People come in and order and get pizza right away while I was still waiting for my emaillol. Finally just asked the front girl to get me the pizza. Then ten minutes later I got code email and I found that the code isthe same as the confirmation code on receipt. I think they need to reconsider their online ordering process and system. Read more
Pizza looks great, service could be better. Initially when I came nobody said anything to me. I left and went to my car to grab... my phone since I already paid for my order online and when I came back Jalisa was so nice. The girl in the back didn't sayanything. No greeting or anything. We definitely had eye contact too.. So rude. To be honest she looks so mad like she hatesher job. Not a good place to work when you're dealing with customers sis.. I don't like waiting so i set a time.. still ended upwaiting 10 extra minutes. Next time I'll go to a different location. Read more
The website as well as the sign on the door says open till 10pm, I walked in at 9pm and the Karen behind the counter asked me in... a rude tone "Are you picking up an online order"? So this location has major issues. The primary one being they have their own, vastly different prices from other Little Caesars... in the same area. An Ultimate Supreme here is 16.99 as opposed to 13.99, for example. Secondly, the workers may be able to puttogether the pizzas well enough, but there is 0 attempt at a positive interaction. I get it, this probably means they'reunderpaid. But your boss is overcharging people, and you're not even being compensated? Just a bad store. Read more
