My daughter gave specific order & they didn't get it right. Some were to have no onions & catsup only, the other was catsup &... extra pickles (there was no pickles), another was to have catsup & 10 pickle slices... it had 5 slices. The fries were perfect. Read more
I can't express how many times they have gotten my order wrong. In the last few months, I have been ordering to home. I am... lactose intolerant, and I ALWAYS order my burgers with no cheese. When I get my DoorDash order, it has ALWAYS had cheese. Theydo not care; I have reviewed and requested and gotten refunds but they do not change. I now have two burgers I can't eat.Please, remind your employees that there are words for them to follow for the orders. If you have a food issue that may comeup, don't eat here right now. Drive thru always super slow. Food doesn't taste good at all (I know it's just McDonald's but still) . Avoid this trash place.
