Tried using their kiosk but worker couldn't help with scanning my phone. Ordered my food, friendly staff and order was... correct. 73 degrees outside and definitely warmer inside, no air ventilation. Corner where we were seated had a horrible smell.Seats looked dirty. Update: 11.19.22 I appreciate the extra hash brown given I had to park and wait for it in the front severalminutes. But the excessive extras when I only requested one strawberry preserve packet is a waste. The law changed specificallyto avoid this loss. Read more
My vehicle doesn't not fit through drive thru so I went inside. Only one older couple was in lobby and couple cars in drive... thru. I waiting to order for over 7 minutes. I heard gossiping in the back. So I leaned over could and asked if I could place myorder. Employee from back by drive thru window replied loudly "can't you see we are busy" I ended up waiting few more minutesand decided to take my business elsewhere. Older couple reply to me before I walked out that they had the same service and willnot return back to this location. Someone needs to micromanage this store and give jobs to those who want to work. I'm not aperson to write bad reviews or even reviews at all, but this was uncalled for and someone needs to address this problem! Read more
No self service drinks?? Rude workers. I came in to grab a drink and use the restroom but I'm not going to McDonald's if they... don't have self service drinks. (COVID is over) We stood around a couple of minutes and no one came to the front. An employeewent into the restroom so I followed her in otherwise I would have been required to buy something BEFORE they will unlock thedoor. Read more
I swear this is the most slowest one ever. I was waiting for almost an hour just to order and still had a line behind me . they... paid more attention to drive threw and food then the front register. At least have a person assigned to front at all times. Read more
I Like to order my nuggets fresh but they made them re cooked and were hard. I'll wait if I have to this is not ok.
Bad enough I've gotta check my bags to make sure I got what I payed for. Now I have to start checking the burgers to see if they... even bothered to finish it and put meat on it. Do you know what I like about McDonald's? It's that somebody with such refined tastes as myself can get a burger without having... my dreams of a complex layering of flavors ripped away from me by some second rate chef who insists on adding tomatoes. Why mustthe rest of the world continue to insist tomatoes are edible?! When you order at McDonald's and ask for tomatoes they charge youfifty cents for it. I like a place that taxes people who like tomatoes. That's the reason I keep coming back. The menu's generallack of poisonous toppings from the nightshade family of plants. Read more
I come outta my way to come to this Mickey Deez to see the crew here! Very nice, enthusiastic, and make my commute a tad more... tolerable.
