I ordered from my phone as table service, inputed my table number and the employee/service employee didn't even bother to check... the table nor see if I was there. 15 minutes later I'm wondering what the heck as service at this McDonald's is usually stellar,so I asked the barely English speaking manager and she said the service employee went over but no one was there, extremely ODDbecause I never left my table or seat and I ordered from said table and seat... Note to this locations staff: Next time,physically walk...to the table and SEE with your own 2 eyes if someone is in fact at the table, walk over to the table that theorder called for and say "Hello, are you order number 177" .... you know, actually work... I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget at around 12:23pm today 9/27/2022 in the drive through. So I open one of the boxes to eat.... Cool it?s fine. Open the second and not cool. Long blonde/grey hair in the food! And it?s covered in the breading so itdefinitely went through the cooking process. Photo attached. I?m disgusted. Tried calling and no answer at all. Disappointed!! Ordered a sausage burrito,hash brown, smoothie and blueberry muffin and I had to pull over and wait for order.... Finally had to go to drive thru window and ask where our food was...7 cars had already been served while we waited!! Theyreplied it was almost ready ....total of almost 10 minutes for a simple order. Smoothie was melted and muffin was old and dry.Don't waste your time or money here , at least not for breakfast???????? Read more
Very bad quality food. Not that McDonald's is healthy or good for us, but at least be mindful when preparing the food. I ordered... a quarter pounder it was awful! The Patti was soaked in grease and it seems like they poured the entire bottle of ketchup on myburger. If you're not happy with your job well sorry for you. It's not the customer's fault. I couldn't eat the burger, I'vebeen to other McDonald's and has never been this nasty. I am not a rude customer or demanding, I did not go back and argue it'snot worth my time. I worked for McDonald?s when I was a kid and so did my son. For the same owner I worked at the one on Yosemite and your... McDonald?s on Mitchell Road. The man you have managing your facility is as rude as the employees I just got into to town triedto use my McDonald?s app to get my dollar phrase and the manager said I had already use the code so I gave him a new code and hesaid that we had already been used as well when I opened up the app in front of him and opened up the code in front of him hesaid there was nothing he can do about it and I said he was the manager so that?s how he was going to manage the situation andhe said yes I asked him what was the point of him being the manager and he laughed and refused to give me and my eight-year-olddaughter our food I know this behavior is something that you don?t tolerate is very unpleasant and it?s something that I?veheard many of times in our meeting Read more
Disappointed in the food. Didn?t check the bag until I got home. The large fry wasn?t filled. And the 10 piece nugget only had... nine pieces. The manager was able to resolve the issue for me when I called. I appreciated that. Update: it?s been 3 weeks andthe ?manager? that said she would resolve the issue, never resolved it. Ordered a Double Quarter Pounder. When I got home the burger looked like it was made by monkeys. ALL the condiments were half... off the burger. Good McDonald's. Nothing to complain about. They let me use the deals from my app and didn't give me any grief. Loaded me up... with tons of napkins too.
