Worst of all the mountian mikes I have ever ordered from. took 4.5 hrs for our pizza to show up. These people are trash.

Will not be coming back to this location. Unfortunately the location is convenient but the service is well below standard. I... have given this place a second chance and today because last time I waited longer than quoted for an undercooked pizza. Todaythey wait till I get here to pick up, pay, then tell me they just put it in the oven.. over an hour for a Mt Mike's pizza????Definitely not worth it. Not to mention there is currently someone at the counter making a complaint about getting the wrongpizza and they're pretty much calling him a liar. Read more
Tried to order at 4:30 before the post-work dinner rush, pizza didnt leave the store until 7:30 then the driver pulled up to my... house, knocked once, then walked back to the car and drove away my 3 pizzas. I spent over 100 bucks on that order. The food isgood when you get it. Read more
Wait times are terrible! I ordered they said 35 min wait turned into one and a half hours of wait. Many people complaining about... their orders. The garlic bread was very bland. The cashier really tried her best but wasn?t enough. Read more

I have never had any issues with this location other than the ac not working on extremely hot days. The employees here have... always been pleasant and have had great customer service. I?ve been to other locations and have been very disappointed withthem. Especially the one on Orangeburg. Rude customer service and long wait times when busy and not busy. I will always come tothis location. I will drive from Riverbank just to come here when there is another closer to me. I recommend this location overand over again. Read more
