Picking up a door dash delivery and they hadn?t started it yet. Place was not busy so not sure why it had not been started. Went... to get the other order and by then time I arrived they pizza was just getting done. This was a 20 drive. Had another pick up forhere. Rude employee. They were busy and wait was just as long as when they weren?t busy. Never had been happy with this locationfrom years ago. Seems there hasn?t been any improvement. ???? The best store is the one on Floyd and Roselle. They are friendlyand have great customer service. Unlike this one. Read more
I have to say that this location is our favorite. The management and staff are so friendly and helpful. We have so many choices... to have lunch when we go to Modesto from Mariposa, this is our go to for lunch. Thank you everyone that works there.???????????????????????????? Read more
Pizza was done 15 minutes later than when I asked for it, but perhaps my 4:10 time was misinterpreted (as in, start making it at... 4:10, but I made it clear I wanted it done at 4:10). However, the order was done right and it was served piping hot (the way itshould be). Lady receptionist was very nice. I?m glad this place does deals. Overall, very satisfied. Keep up the good work! My order was placed and confirmed by Mountain Mike's at 1227pm. Expected delivery was around 104pm. My grubhub driver (Randy was... great and gave me an update as soon as he found out order was not made) called and said that they didnt start my order until hegot there. Very disappointed with this branch in E. Orangeburg. Always had good experience with Mountain Mike's, not thistime, got my pizza after 1.5hrs and cold mozzarella cheese sticks! Read more
Pizza is always delicious ,but $20+ for a small pizza ,which granted it as a 10" is super expensive.I understand everything is... going up due to distribution but a large chain doesn't need to compete in prices as the mom and pop shops do.As everything fromboxes to pepperoni to cheese is part of Thier inventory and not outsourced except for transportation costs Read more
Ordered a pizza for a few employees and myself for lunch online. It said my pizza should be ready In 30 minutes. I got there... about 5 minutes before my pizza should have been ready & as I walked in, I noticed how empty it was and I was the only customerthere and looked at the oven that had 0 pizzas in it so I'm thinking it's ready. Well, turns out I would need to wait another15 min. That 15 min. Turned into 35. I could see the ONE person making pizzas, was doing his job but all the while talking to afemale. Ugh! There had to have been at least 5 other people working there at that time but not one kept me updated on mypizza. I finally walked up again to the dude in the ponytail and told him he needed to be upfront with me about the time andrequested a full refund and he could do whatever he wanted with the pizza. I'm not a person who gets upset too much or veryeasily BUT, i know that my pizza should have been ready if the employees would have stopped visiting with each other and thecook concentrating on his job more. This occurred last week and I was describing my experience to Valero attendant whom is onthe same property and they too said their service has gone down hill.
